However, if no external damage is found, all labor and refinish functions are covered for a lifetime. This warranty ensures you’ll have lasting confidence in the repairs we perform. We also extend a limited lifetime warranty on the parts and supplies we use in your vehicle’s repair. This warranty is based on the coverage provided by our parts and supply vendors. Any warranty terms and conditions offered by the vendor will be passed directly to our customers. This ensures you receive the same high-quality coverage that we do.
Important Warranty Details
Please note that warranties provided by Gunter Automotive Collision do not transfer to new owners if the vehicle is sold. The warranty is valid only for the original owner at the time of the repair. Warranties do not apply to areas affected by new damage or outside forces. For example, if your car sustains damage in a previously repaired and refinished zone, the warranty will not cover that area. However, if no outside damage is found or noted, all labor and refinish work in that area remains covered under the lifetime warranty. This ensures our customers are protected for work we’ve completed, as long as external damage has not occurred.
